Lower Silesia region – Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawow Hotel & Spa – Luxury hotel & spa in a XVI -century Renaissance castle, bar & restaurant, fine selection of wines and spa.
Celtica Winery & Vineyard – Sobotka, Lower Silesia region – agrotourism, Celtica winery, garden, in-town-location, kitchen – ability to cook, free WiFi.
Meet and greet at your hotel of choice in Wroclaw in the morning and/or transfer to accomodation in the Lower Silesia region of Poland. On the way out of Wroclaw, we’ll make a stop at the annual Swieto Wina w Miescie Skarbow Wine Festival in Sroda Slaska (if trip scheduled during the time of festival, in early September) Watch the festive opening of the wine festival with couples dressed in local costumes dance polonaise in the Market Square. Get introduced and taste delicious Lower Silesian wines and Polish wines from other regions of Poland while at the festival. Later enjoy dinner and live entertainment in Sroda Slaska.
Today after breakfast, we’ll head back to Sroda Slaska to attend second day activities and wine tastings at the Swieto Wina w Miescie Skarbow Wine Festival. In the evening, enjoy elegant dinner based on local delicacies paired with wines from Lower Silesian wineries, located at your hotel.
After breakfast enjoy Topacz Castle Resort & Spa with it’s beautiful park and surroundings all day, on your own. Experience relaxing treatments at the Castle Spa or take advantage of the many offerings of the WellnessZone: swimming pool, salt cave, sauna and steam rooms or outdoor activities such as Nordic walking and/or biking.
After breakfast, we’ll head out to tour the 13th century Ksiaz Castle in Walbrzych. Ksiaz Castle is also called the Pearl of Lower Silesia, is the largest of Lower Silesian castles and the third largest castle in all of Poland. On the way to the castle, we’ll visit Adoria Vineyard for tour and wine tasting. This evening enjoy gourmet dinner at Ksiazeca restaurant in Walbrzych paired with excellent Polish wines.
