Tour Itinerary 
Day 1: Tour Lochow Palace and Grounds
Location: Lochow, Poland
Accommodations: Lochow Palace & Estate
We start our journey on Sunday morning, gathering in the lobby of a designated hotel in Warsaw at 10:00 a.m. Our group will be transferred by a luxurious mini-bus to the romantic Lochow Palace & Estate in the beautiful Mazovian countryside, where we will be staying for the next four days. Lochow Palace and Park complex is a 19th century estate that has been owned by several Polish aristocratic families. Not only does it have an interesting history, but also provides us with elegant guest rooms, ballrooms, a spa, and of course, some warm hospitality. Before leaving Warsaw, we'll take a quick stop to hear some live Chopin music at his monument in the Royal Bath Park. After that, we'll be headed to the Belvedere restaurant for a delicious Sunday brunch. Once we are all set, we will continue our journey to Lochow, where we'll take a tour of the palace and grounds, perhaps take some time to relax in the spa, or go for a leisurely walk. This evening, we will all come together to celebrate our arrival at Lochow Palace & Estate with a festive Welcome Dinner, where we'll enjoy some delicious regional specialties.

Day 2: Cooking Class and Krzesk Vodka Distillery Tour
Location: Lochow, Poland

Today we are off on an exciting adventure! We are heading to a nearby village to cook with some local ladies and try some of the delicious Polish dishes they have to offer. On the menu, we have the classic and beloved dish 'Bigos- Hunter's Stew', as well as some other regional delicacies like 'pyzuchy-gwizduchy', potato pancakes with carrots or onions and some cold soups and herbal teas. After that, we are making our way to the historic Krzesk Vodka Distillery, which was founded in 1896. Here, we will get to learn about the famous Chopin vodka and even sample some of it! To top off our amazing second day in the beautiful Mazovia region, we will be dining on some delicious local specialties at the Krzesk distillery and toasting with a glass of Chopin vodka - na zdrowie!

Day 3: Kurpie Open-Air Ethnographic Museum
Location: Lochow, Poland

Start your day off with a visit to the Kurpie Open-Air Ethnographic Museum in the village of Kadzidlo! You'll be able to explore the local folklore, sample the regional cuisine and admire the art of paper cutting. Listening to live music and watching dance performances is also part of the experience! Afterwards, you'll get to explore the cultural trail of Liwiec Valley, including the 17th-century Palace in Stara Wies, the Kruszewski Brothers Bell Foundry, the Museum of Folk Weaving, and other attractions. Later, you'll be free to relax, take a walk or even a bike ride on the beautiful grounds of the Palace & Estate. End the day with a delicious dinner and a good night's rest!

Day 4: Tour Pultusk Old Town & Cooking Class
Location: Lochow, Poland

This morning, we'll embark on an exciting journey to the enchanting "Mazovian Venice" – Pułtusk`. As we explore this historical island, we'll discover the longest marketplace in Europe. Our culinary adventure will take us to the Polonia House, a former bishop's castle, where we'll cook with talented chefs and even take a romantic gondola ride along the Narew River. Afterwards, we'll take a tour of the Old Town of Pultusk. To top off our Mazovian countryside experience, we'll be treated to some exquisite Old Polish cuisine at the Tavern restaurant in Polonia House. Here, we'll be able to watch the chefs in action while enjoying a stunning view of the Narew River.

Day 5: Walking Tour of Warsaw & Wedel's Chocolate Lounge
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Accommodations: Polonia Palace Hotel
After a delicious breakfast, we'll embark on our journey to the captivating capital of Poland - Warsaw. We'll be staying at the luxurious, 4-star Polonia Palace Hotel, conveniently located near the iconic Palace of Culture & Science. Here, we'll spend the next two days in comfort. Afterwards, we'll embark on a guided, walking tour of the city, taking in the vibrant sights of the Old Town, Barbican, Palace Square, and the Royal Castle. We'll then be able to soak in the panoramic views of Warsaw from the top of the Palace of Culture and Science. There's also the option to visit the Frederic Chopin Museum in Ostrogskich Castle for a unique cultural experience. During a short break from our sightseeing, we'll stop at one of Wedel's Chocolate Lounges - Poland's oldest chocolate brand, created in Warsaw. To finish off our day, we'll be dining on traditional Polish cuisine at the acclaimed Polka restaurant, located in Warsaw's Old Town. Here, guests are welcomed with legendary Polish hospitality and treated to the freshest ingredients in every dish.

Day 6: Cooking Class & Wilanow Palace Museum and Park
Location: Warsaw, Poland

After breakfast, we start off our day with a special cooking class taught by a local Warsaw chef. Here, we learn how to make a traditional Polish meal. Once the class is done, it's time to explore the city! We'll head to the Wilanow Palace Museum and Park, a 17th century residence of Polish Kings. The park is quite stunning, covering 106 acres and showing off an array of artistic gardens, from Baroque to English-Chinese. Afterwards, we'll have some free time for shopping at Cepelia and Hala Mirowska, an old shopping centre. And for our last night in Warsaw, we'll be dining at Ale Gloria, a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant that serves up some of the best Polish cuisine around.

Day 7: Departure For Home

After you've had your breakfast, why not take the opportunity to make your way back home or if you'd like to, you could extend your stay in Poland's lively capital city!
