Malgorzata Rose, also known by her nickname Sarna, is the founder and President of Poland Culinary Vacations, Inc. She was born in Wroclaw, in the Lower Silesia region of Poland. Her company is a result of her love and fervor for traveling and all that is Polish, including it's delicious cuisine.

Malgorzata has had over thirty years of international voyaging—both for business and enjoyment—and a long and victorious career in the fields of sales and marketing. This strong background allowed her to create Poland Culinary Vacations.

Growing up in Poland, she would often cook with family and friends, using recipes from her grandmothers and ingredients from their gardens, to make food for weddings, parties, and traditional holidays.

Now, through Poland Culinary Vacations, Malgorzata wishes to give you a taste of everyday Polish living—the special people, the hospitality, and the cuisine that each region has to offer.
