Refund policy

Refunds and Problem Resolution. There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the vacation. Poland Culinary Vacations, Inc. is not responsible for expenses incurred by Participants in preparation for the trip: non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, equipment, etc. If a problem or conflict with one of PCVI’s programs arises, it is the responsibility of the Participant to advise PCVI’s local contact as soon as possible so that an attempt may be made to resolve the problem quickly and within the limits described in these terms and conditions. If the problem is not resolved to the Participant’s satisfaction, he/she must notify PCVI of the problem while the program is underway. Otherwise, PCVI may not be able to take action, should any action be deemed appropriate. PCVI and its local representatives will act in good faith in attempting to resolve any problem.

Cancellation. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Deposit and final payment are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations due to medical reasons, emergency, catastrophe, accident or death can be covered by travel insurance. Full refunds will be made if Poland Culinary Vacations Inc. cancels vacation.
