Your Polish adventure will start with a guided walking tour of Warsaw, the capital of Poland, taking in the vibrant sights of the Old Town, Barbican, Palace Square, and the Royal Castle. Also, be sure to take in the panoramic views of Warsaw from the top of the Palace of Culture and Science (weather permitting). Indulge at Wedel's Chocolate Lounge and enjoy a special Polish cooking class taught by Anna and Mark of PYK.
When in Wroclaw and Lower Silesia region of Poland and before visiting Boleslawiec, the home of Polish Pottery, you'll learn about this fascinating city on a walking tour with a professional city guide. You'll also marvel at the majestic Ksiaz Castle, dating back to the 13th century and known as the 'Pearl of Lower Silesia' on a fun day trip!
When in the beautiful city of Szczecin in Western Pomerania, you'll explore must-see attractions there on a combination of a bus and walking tour, led by a local guide. Once again, you'll get the chance to cook with Anna and Mark of PYK, where you'll make traditional and seasonal Polish dishes. You'll also take a day trip to the town of Miedzyzdroje on the Baltic Sea, one of the best-known Polish seaside resorts. There, you'll enjoy Miedzyzdroje city tour, a beautiful wide sandy beach and delicious dinner at local Port Restaurant.

Tour Itinerary
Day 1(Fri. 10/2): Guided Warsaw City Tour: History, Culture and Cuisine
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Accommodations: Polonia Palace Hotel
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll meet our friendly local guide for a walking tour of must-see sights of Warsaw! We'll explore the Old Town, including Market Square, Barbican and Palace Square, as well as getting a stunning view of the city from the top of the Palace of Culture and Science, weather permitting. We'll take a short break to taste delicious hot chocolate at Wedel Chocolate Lounge, Poland's oldest chocolate brand founded in Warsaw in 1851. Get ready for a truly unforgettable cultural and culinary journey around Warsaw! Lastly, we'll end the evening with a Welcome Dinner at Michelin guide-recommended restaurant, Ale Gloria specializing in Polish cuisine. Smacznego! - Enjoy


Day 2 (Sat. 10/3): Polish Cooking Class & Tour of the Warsaw Uprising Museum
Location: Warsaw, Poland

This Saturday, we'll be cooking Polish specialties with Ania and Marysia, at culinary studio in Warsaw owned by Marysia! From pierogi to golabki and more, this for sure is going to be a fun and delicious class! In the afternoon, we tour the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The museum is one of the most visited places in Warsaw and was opened on 60th anniversary of the outbreak of fighting in the city and a tribute to Warsaw’s residents who fought and died in the fight in 1944. Enjoy the rest of the day and evening in the city on your own, in the many of its world-class spas or city outdoor areas and parks.

Day 3 (Sun. 10/4): Visit to Lazienki Royal Park & Tour and Polish Vodka Tasting at Polish Vodka Museum
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Come join us on an exciting morning excursion to the 17th century baroque Royal Baths Park or Lazienki Park in Warsaw. This majestic park was built for Prince Stanislaw Herakliusz Lubomirski and features scenic gondola rides and Chopin concerts during the summer months and a beautiful and peaceful place to visit at any time of the year. In the afternoon, we'll tour the Polish Vodka Museum with Polish vodka tasting at the historic Centrum Praskie Koneser. We'll end the evening and our Warsaw adventure with dinner at Browar Warszawski - Grill, Brewery and Bar, a fantastic spot in Warsaw offering delicious food, great craft beer, and a cozy atmosphere. Day 5 (Tue. 10/6): Guided Wroclaw City Tour: History, Culture and Cuisine
Location: Wroclaw

This morning we'll kick off our walking city tour of Wroclaw by heading to the Panorama Raclawicka rotunda building. Inside, we'll see a 374ft (114m) long and 49ft (15m) high painting depicting the Battle of Raclawice, a victorious fight for the Poles against the Russians that happened in April 1794. We'll continue our city tour and explore the city's beautiful Old Town, including the Market Square with it's Town Hall and Salt Market. Afterward, we'll stop for a traditional Polish lunch at Pod Fredra restaurant located in Wroclaw's Market Square. This evening, you'll have some free time to explore Wroclaw on your own.


Day 6 (Wed. 10/7): Shopping Day Trip to Boleslawiec, the Home of Polish Pottery

Today we'll travel to Boleslawiec, the home of the renowned Polish Pottery! This tradition of pottery-making has been around for hundreds of years and we'll be able to experience it first-hand. Learn about Boleslawiec' interesting history and sites including a visit to the Ceramics Museum with a local guide. There will be plenty of free time to shop for Polish Pottery at the factory stores and outlets! From decorative pieces to practical items, you'll be sure to find the perfect souvenirs to bring home for your loved ones (and don't forget to get something for yourself!). Enjoy free evening and dinner on your own upon return to Wroclaw.


Day 7 (Thurs. 10/8): Day Trip to Visit Ksiaz Castle, UNESCO Church of Peace & Polish Vineyard Tour with Wine Tasting

Today's adventure begins bright and early as we set off to explore the captivating Lower Silesia region. Our first stop will be the majestic Ksiaz Castle, dating back to the 13th century. Known as the 'Pearl of Lower Silesia', the castle is the largest of its kind in the region and is home to many cultural and artistic events. After exploring the castle, we will make our way to Winnica Silesian for a wine tasting experience like no other. Here, you will be able to sample some local delicacies as you tour the vineyard grounds. Lastly, we will take a short drive to Swidnica, where we will marvel at the 17th century Church of Peace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the largest baroque timber church in Europe. After taking it all in, we'll make our way back to our hotel to enjoy the rest of the evening on our own. Join us on this enchanting journey through the Lower Silesia region! Free evening and dinner on your own upon return to Wroclaw.

Day 9 (Sat/ 10/10): Guided Szczecin City Tour: History, Culture and Cuisine
Location: Szczecin, Poland

After breakfast, join us on a combination of a bus and walking Szczecin City Tour of must-see attractions with local guide. We’ll tour the Pomeranian’s Duke Castle, Old Town Szczecin, King Chrobry’s Embankments and the Wharf and St. Jacob Archcathedral Basilica. The City Tour will also include a stop at the Jasne Blonia Square to enjoy fall colors. This evening we’ll gather for a delicious dinner at Wyszak Brew House - local family brew house and restaurant.


Day 10 (Sun. 10/11): Day Trip to Miedzyzdroje on the Baltic Sea, a Polish Seaside Resorts with Wide, Sandy Beach
Location: Szczecin, Poland
Accommodations: Grand Park Hotel
Today we’ll take a day trip to town of Miedzyzdroje on the Baltic Sea – one of the best-known Polish seaside resorts, dubbed Polish Hollywood, to enjoy wide sandy beach, longest pier in the West Pomeranian part of the coastline and Walk of Fame. On the way to Miedzyzdroje, we’ll make stops in Wolin; a town situated on the southern tip of the Wolin island and Wolinski National Park to admire incredibly rich and diverse landscapes. This evening we’ll enjoy our dinner in Miedzyzdroje at Port Restaurant, casual waterfront spot with a patio featuring seafood and smoked fish dishes, plus pasta and dumplings. Smacznego! – Enjoy!


Day 11 (Mon. 10/12): Polish Cooking Class with Ania & Mark in Szczecin
Location: Szczecin, Poland
Accommodations: Grand Park Hotel
Later this morning we’ll head to a cooking class with Anna and Mark and delicious lunch of our own creation afterwards. We’ll cook Polish and regional specialties: “Paprykarz szczecinski” – local fresh fish spread with red peppers (Fresh fish abounds in local cuisine. Fish are served in various forms: fried, smoked or cooked in a soup. In many places, fish can be bought freshly caught straight from a fishing boat in Western Pomerania) pickle soup and traditional dessert. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Central Cemetery in Szczecin – third largest necropolis in Europe and/or Central Railway Station under which there is the largest civil air-raid shelter in Poland. Later in the afternoon, enjoy free time in Szczecin. Finish amber /or and souvenir shopping or relax at our Grand Park Hotel. Dinner on your own. We recommend Spizarnia Szczecinska which offers local cuisine.

Day 12 (Tue. 10/13): Departure For Home or Extend Your Stay in Szczecin
